i’m SO happy you’re here.

Having completed three years of residency in primary care, I am thrilled to bring my unique open-hearted style of medicine directly to patients - because you deserve good care.

A little more about me and my training. The daughter of a chiropractor and a naturopath, I have been studying and living in the way of naturopathic medicine for my entire life. I received a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and a Master of Science in Integrative Medicine Research in 2019. After medical school, I completed one year of residency in an academic setting and two years of residency in a private practice setting in the Portland, Oregon metro area. My clinical education and residency focused on mental health and primary care with additional training in women’s health, musculoskeletal health, and other modalities unique to naturopathic medicine.

I enjoy working with all patients but especially gravitate toward care for underserved and marginalized communities such as the LGBTQIA+ community, highly-sensitive and neurodiverse individuals, and people in bigger bodies. In order to meet my patients’ needs and to quell my ravenous appetite for knowledge, I try to be equipped with the best tools available to treat conditions using conventional and natural therapies; I invest a lot of my time in researching and reviewing the scientific literature as well as attending conferences and workshops that broaden my horizons. I am particularly dedicated to serving my patients in a way that is trauma-informed and considers intersectionality every step of the way, and I am always working on improving my performance in this area.

Qualifications are important (and listed below), but where I really shine is in building strong, individual relationships with my patients. We laugh, cry, and enjoy time together that is healing in its own right. I believe that medicine is more than just test results and treatment plans - we only have one life and should be able to build community, access embodiment, and experience true care and compassion. It is an incredible gift to be able to work with people in the vulnerable space of medicine.

In my spare time, you might find me lifting something heavy at a body-inclusive gym, chasing after my dog into the chilly waves of the Oregon Coast, or on the jetway headed to the next country on my bucket list.
